I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim and United Healthcare.

You may contact your insurance company to see if they will pay for an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

Initial Session

Regular 55 minute sessions

Online or in-person, this session will involve getting to know you and developing a plan to help you meet your therapy goals.

You will continue to work on your therapy goals and develop skills to meet those goals.
